W. Joe Hoppe is the Mopar Muscle Cars of Austin Member of the Year for 2011. W. Joe's works have appeared in Obsolete!, Borderlands, The Texas Poetry Calendar, Descant, Qaartsiluni, and his first full length book, Galvanized, was released by Dalton Publishing in 2007. His second book, Diamond Plate, is scheduled to be released by Obsolete! Press some time in 2012. W. Joe counts himself lucky to be one of Albert Huffstickler's students. For the last 15 years he has worked at Austin Community College as a professor of English and Creative Writing.

Cindy Huyser is co-editor of the Texas Poetry Calendar. Her poetry can be found in The Comstock Review, Borderlands, and Wild Plum, as well as numerous anthologies.
