Marcela Sulak is the author of Immigrant (Black Lawrence Press) and the chapbook Of all the things that don't exist, I love you best. A 2005 Ph.D. graduate of the University of Texas, she has translated two collections of Czech folk-stories and poetry and one collection of poetry from the Congo-Zaire. Her most recent work won runner up in The Iowa Review nonfiction competition, and her poetry is forth-coming in The Black Warrior Review, Fence, The Cimarron Review, The Journal, among others. She directs th...e Shaindy Rudoff Graduate Program in Creative Writing at Bar-Ilan University, outside of Tel Aviv, where she teaches creative writing and American Literature. Jenny Browne was a James Michener Fellow in Poetry at UT-Austin, and is the author of two books, At Once and The Second Reason. Her poems and essays have recently appeared in American Poetry Review, Gulf Coast, Pleiades, Threepenny Review, Tin House and The New York Times. In 2011, she taught poetry in Kenya and Sierra Leone through the University of Ziowa's International Writers Program. the rest of the time lives in downtown San Antonio and teaches at Trinity University.
