Lisa L. Moore’s most recent book is Sister Arts: The Erotics of Lesbian Landscapes (Minnesota). A poet and critic, she teaches literature, feminist and LGBT studies, and creative writing at The University of Texas at Austin. She also writes a poetry column for the Los Angeles Review of Books. Her writing has been recognized by the Lambda Literary Foundation Award, the Choice Academic Book of the Year Award, and the Art/Lines Juried Poetry Prize. Every second Thursday, hosted by Cindy Huyser. A Round- Robin-style Open Mic follows the featured reading.  We are a very diverse and supportive venue. Bring some poems to share!
