In-person Poetry Reading with Sam Slupski + Q&A with Bri Jenkins

Join Sam Slupski on Wednesday, September 10th at 7 pm for a reading from their new book of poems, essays, and recipes, Until Tender, and a Q&A with Bri Jenkins at BookWoman. Written by Sam Slupski, Until Tender, is a book of poems, essays, and recipes inviting readers to the dinner table. Those who delve hungrily into these poems will be met with the acidic difficulty of reflecting on a tumultuous childhood, as well as the sweet buttery balm of a queer adult celebrating the love they have found. 

This event is free and open to the public. Masks are required. Please test 24-48 hours in advance to protect immunocompromised and disabled community members. Do not attend if you are positive for COVID. The author will sign books after the Q&A.
