HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE
 

Please note that online inventory does not represent the titles currently on our shelves; it represents the books we can order for you.

Search for titles online

Search a title, author, ISBN, or keyword in the search bar on the top right of the page. This will bring up full ordering potential for each title (hardback, paperback, ebook). All of these books are not in the store; we will order them for you.

Purchase a paper or ebook online

When you've found the perfect book for you, click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have completed your order, proceed to your "Shopping Cart" on the top right and click "Check Out" to proceed. If you already have an account with us you will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you do not have an account you will create one at this time. Proceed with checkout by entering billing information. For in-store pickup, we prefer to process payment in store rather than through our website. Enter your contact information so we can notify you about the status of your order. We will clarify ship date within 48 hours of order placement.We contact all online orders through [Bookwoman] do-not-reply@indiecommerce.com so please check your inbox/spam for updates.

Purchase an audiobook

You can support BookWoman while buying audiobooks! Libro.fm is an audiobook service that supports local bookstores! They offer over 150,000 audiobooks and give a percentage of every purchase to the bookstore (us!) of your choice! To use your online gift card

If you buy or recieve an online gift card, there are two ways to use it. The easiest is to purchase books online for store pick-up or shipping. If you prefer to browse in-store with your online gift card, you will need to go through a process in the store to purchase your books online on your own device, and choose store pick-up, and add the code of your gift card. We are happy to walk you through this process. 

Return Policy 

We regret that we cannot give cash back on returns. Store credit will be issued with reciept and a book in new condition. We will determine if your book is fit for return at the counter, we reserve the right to refuse any return. Thank you. Bookwoman exists to support marginalized communities. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any title we consider harmful to a marginalized community, and will communicate the reasons behind the decision. We do not order or sell books that support anti-trans positions, racism, sexism, homophobia, anti-Semitism, ableism, Islamophobia, ageism or other oppressions

 

Is BookWoman hiring?

Does BookWoman have summer job opportunities? 

BookWoman does not hire temporary work for just the summer. BookWoman does not hire anyone under the age of 21 because of the requirements of the job.
